H&A's claims quantification engagements are conducted exclusively by professionally designated accountants, either Chartered Accountants (CA) or Certified Management Accountants (CMA). A number of our accountants are also trained and certified specialists in investigative and forensic accounting (CA•IFA, ACFI and CFE) and have qualified as experts before FSCO arbitrations and the Ontario courts. At H&A we pride ourselves on the quality of our reporting protocols. It is our belief that frequent and timely progress reporting and communication leads to greater efficiency and faster turnaround. Consequently we provide regular progress reports at all stages of the claims process. In certain cases we are able to issue a preliminary estimate letter, saving time and eliminating the need for a full report. And for clients who need quick assistance with minor issues, we are always accessible by phone or email to provide guidance on an informal basis.
