Janet Olsen is the Practice Leader for H&A Forensic Accounting. She is also qualified as an expert witness, and most recently appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Janet’s specific investigative experience over the last fifteen years includes Bill 164 and Bill 59 income replacement benefit calculations, Bill 59 economic loss calculations, Bill 164 loss of earning capacity benefit calculations, OMPP weekly income benefit calculations and assessments of financial dependency. Her expertise is also reflected in the technical and second opinion client reports that guarantee H&A’s impeccable quality standards. Monique has been with H&A since 1994 and has extensive expertise in investigating accident benefit claims as well as commercial losses. She is recognized as a specialist in Investigative and Forensic Accounting (IFA designation) by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to joining H&A, Monique was a Manager with a Big Four accounting firm. In addition to her forensic accounting investigations, Monique plays an extensive role in the quality control review of clients’ files as well as being responsible for the firm’s client training initiatives. Donna's experience since joining H&A in 1996 includes the quantification of economic damages for such matters as breaches of contract, personal injuries and fatalities and medical malpractice. Donna brings a wealth of litigation support experience, having worked previously for a litigation accounting firm. Following her MBA degree in 1975, Donna became a CA in 1978. Kristin is also a Chartered Insurance Professional and previously worked in the bodily injury group of a large insurer. Rhonda Macedo joined H&A in the role of Forensic Accountant in June, 2009 and was promoted to Manager in September, 2011.
