Canadian E-Discovery Case Law Digest

This digest is maintained by the members of the Sedona Canada Working Group (WG7); it was originally created by the members of the eDiscovery sub-committee of the Task Force on the Discovery Process in Ontario and is a supplement to the eDiscovery Guidelines.

Guidelines For The Discovery Of Electronic Documents In Ontario

The Task Force on the Discovery Process in Ontario recommended the development of a "best practices" manual to address the discovery of electronic documents.  These Guidelines respond to that recommendation.
