Mr. Hrycko is the founder and CEO of H&A Computer Forensics Inc. and H&A Forensic Accounting Inc. He is a Chartered Accountant and is designated by the CICA (Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants) as a Specialist in Investigative Forensic Accounting (IFA), one of approximately 200 in Canada. He is also considered one of but a very few CA●IFA’s in Canada that has expertise in the computer forensics and e-discovery practice areas. He has considerable experience in conducting computer forensic analysis and electronic discovery projects involving amongst others, corporate espionage, SEC investigations, internal fraud investigations, intellectual property theft and wrongful dismissals.

Mr. Hrycko has qualified, on numerous occasions, as an expert witness before the Ontario Court (General Division) and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. He has also acted as court-appointed inspector by the Superior Court of Ontario, most recently for the Air Canada and WestJet litigation matter.

Prior to founding H&A in 1988, he practiced with the Big Four accounting firms. Mr. Hrycko has 20 years of experience in the following areas: corporate espionage; financial fraud and money laundering conspiracy investigations; asset tracing and recovery; corporate intelligence and financial reconstruction; economic damage assessments; and investigation and quantification of insurance claims.

Mr. Hrycko is called upon to present at a variety of conferences and symposiums for professional groups and law enforcement organizations. Some of the subjects he has addressed include:
