Ms. Leung is a Chartered Accountant who also has a Master of Forensic Accounting degree from the University of Wollongong in Australia - one of the first universities in the world to offer such a post-graduate degree. The Masters program's emphasis is on a forensic-based approach to the analysis and investigation of fraud and litigation support. She is also a member of the ACFE, ICAO and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Prior to her study leave, Lucy worked at the Office of Superintendent of Financial Institutions supervising a portfolio of financial institutions, analyzing risk management practices, evaluating corporate governance and assessing regulatory compliance.
