Ms. Demaline obtained her Honours Bachelor of Commence degree from McMaster University in 2001. Prior to joining H&A in April 2004, she worked as a claims examiner in the bodily injury group of a large insurer. Since joining H&A, Kristin has not only obtained her designation as a Chartered Insurance Professional, but also, in August 2007, she obtained her designation as a Certified Management Accountant form the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario. Her experience in the insurance industry includes the investigation and assessment of personal injury and fatality claims. She is now actively involved in forensic and investigative accounting and has gained extensive experience in handling accident benefit claims.
